Meta/Morphosis Architecture Studio
Located in the heart of Cluj-Napoca, our architecture and urban planning office offers a comprehensive range of services, including architectural design, urban planning, interior design, and specialized consultancy in project management and cost control. Every project is approached with a creative vision tailored to meet even the most complex requirements.
We are committed to a research-driven approach, rethinking and redefining the brief for each commission to fully understand the cultural, social, and built context. This method fosters a holistic exploration, ensuring that every project reflects a meaningful dialogue between harmony and contrast while pushing the boundaries of architecture and structure.
Our portfolio spans diverse projects, from individual residences to hospitality, commercial, and public spaces, as well as renovations and interior design. We embrace diversity in our work and welcome challenges as opportunities for innovation. For us, each project is a unique result of a collaborative process that unites the aspirations of our clients, the specificities of the context, and our imaginative vision.
We value simplicity, structural logic, and honest materiality, ensuring the rational use of resources and leveraging optimized technology to create expressive, functional spaces. Our process is enriched by ongoing learning—through workshops, training, and collaborations with engineers, manufacturers, and other specialists.
Our goal is to deliver meaningful architecture that enhances the built environment, provides added value to its users, and fosters a deep engagement with social and environmental factors.
